Customer Care Needs

Returns, Refunds and Damages- we want you to be pleased with every purchase. Merchandise may be returned only by prior authorization. Custom made merchandise may not be returned.

Satisfaction Guaranteed- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will arrange a credit, replacement or refund. We DO NOT accept returns for shirts. Becasue of hygiene reasons, we cannot accept these returns. Please measure before ordering! Thank you!

UPS return call-tags are issued for damaged goods or incorrect items shipped by supplier.
*Terms of each account with Chiarelli's are Net 30 days unless otherwise stipulated. In certain circumstances a payment plan for high priced items can be instituted. This is subject to account approval and established reputation with Chiarelli's.

*Finance charges are issued at a rate of 1.5 percent for invoices that are over 30 days past due. Accounts with a payment plan that are in place will not incur finance charges.
*This applies only to Parish and Church organizations that have accounts with Chiarelli's. All applications, tax forms, and information must be supplied for approval and a response is required.

A small company based in Ireland is changing the amount of Church-produced waste in an extremely advanced way.

St Killian's Church Candles are designed through an advanced and innovative technology. This company proposes an alternative way to light votive candles in honor of loved ones, for prayers or petitions. They have created a metal-free votive candle that burns down to the bottom and then easily disposes of itself. The candles burn in break-resistant glasses that come in clear, blue, amber and red. The candles are made from smoke-less wax and the waste wax is recyclable. The candles are clean, safe, and eco-friendly. By using their candle system the church avoids metal votive candle holders having to be thrown out and replaced, and they avoid the unnatural look of a electric candle system. These candles burn with natural light that is meant to preserve the spirituality that comes from lighting a candle for loved ones.

The staff at St. Killian's is driven with a passion to accommodate every customer with a high quality product. They are now the sole supplier of St. Patrick's Cathedral in Manhattan. They have replaced their waste producing candle systems for the St Killian's system. This system was presented to us as a new technology that will promote cleanliness and safety. And once we traveled to Manhattan to check out the system for ourselves we knew they were not lying. These beautiful candle stands were burning hundreds of candles at a time (each candle = 2 Hours), and they didn't need to be cleaned out after each use. Just simply drop another candle in the holder and light the wick. After the candle extinguishes any residual wax drops through to a collecting tray for easy removal. This system is not only easy to use, but it is also self financing; by the time people have used the first box of offering candles the system has paid for itself.
